 Welcome to Stone Dermatology!

We thank you for choosing Stone Dermatology for all your dermatological needs. On the day of your first visit, please bring your insurance cards, picture ID, medication list, and choice of pharmacy information. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Please be advised that payment for services is due at the time of your visit. We will file insurance claims with your insurance plan for all amounts owed by your insurance plan. Your contract with your insurance plan requires that your deductible amounts and copays be paid by you directly at the time of service. You may wish to check your deductible and copay amounts as many plans have varying deductibles and copays. All expenses will be out of pocket until your deductible is met.

Insurance Statement

Stone Dermatology participates with most all major commercial insurance programs and Medicare. Please contact the office to ensure that we participate with your specific plan.  We do not participate with any Medicaid insurance programs.
